The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize HR processes;
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on employee performance, retention, and engagement;
- Administer, develop and research the Human Resources Information System to meet the ongoing business needs and HR functions;
- Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution based off of SME feedback;
- Managing requests for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development and/or purchase of new software application;
- Primary system administrator and application configuration expert for Workforce scheduling software
- Develops and conducts data integrity audits on HR duties;
- Design, develop and test integrations between different HR systems;
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy;
- Reviews data to identify key insights into Human Resources Business Functions.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Four year degree in a related or technical field or relevant work experience required;
- Visual, verbal, written and typed communication skills required;
- Must be 18 years of age or older;
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time (possibly 4-7 hours at a time);
- Ability to work with highly confidential matters;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deal with numerous tasks at one time;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends;
- Minimum of one year of Workday experience preferred.
